In numerology the number 11 is a "master" number. Its the number of creation, expression and manifestation. Most numerologists attach a great deal of importance and power to the number 11.
Each number vibrates in a certain way. The number 1 denotes independence, self motivation and the need to be in charge. The number 1 is also the number of revelation and spiritual insight, and acts as a channel of energy from above to below.
Now double that 1 and we get the “ Elevated Eleven”. Here is where the energy of 1 is increased. And this is the energies we get from the 11! Increased intuition The ability to finish what we start Great time to start a partnership Increases in your spirituality, forms new habits and routines Increases your ability to analyze any situation Balances every aspect of your life. Increases your leadership qualities Increases our abilities to manifest our desires.
When we have a power day like November 11th ( 11/11), this means that the heavens/universe are opening up to receive what ever it is that we wish. Remember the saying when we see 11/11 “ make a wish”? That is what this day is all about. What a great time to set new intentions, to manifest what ever you want. Make a list of mantras. Say things like “ I have financial abundance”, “ I am manifesting my dream job”, etc. Anything you wish the skies the limit…go for it! Jesus was born an 11, look what he accomplished.
In Angel numbers the number 11/11 is broken down to 111 and 1. The number 111 in angel numbers means a portal or gateway has opened in the universe. The number 1 in angel numbers means, we have a fresh new start, and that we are entering into a new phase of our lives.
The world number is the number the the current calendar year breaks down to. So let’s look at 2017. 2+0+1+7=10, 10 is reduced down to 1. Collectively this year we have all been given a clean sheet of paper, where we can write our own scripts. We are in control of our lives, and we should make the best of these new beginning’s.
OK so what does this all mean, what does it add up to. This year being a one year, has been about anything and everything new. Add the date November 11th (11/11) to this and we have a “doozy” of a day. An portal has been opened , where we can begin, dream, manifest, be in control of anything we want. Let the Heavens, God , the Universe ( call it what you like) guide you…
Recently I have been asked to do session on visitation dreams and to analyze dreams. This got me to thinking, why not do a blog on dreams. The different kinds of dreams, how to work with them, how to analyze them and what they mean. I have always found dreams to be fascinating!
The basic definition of a dream is a series of images, thoughts or emotions passing through the mind during sleep. To me this definition does not even come close to my belief’s. To me dreams are wishes of the soul, a way for the subconscious mind to bring things forward into the conscious mind. In doing this we learn, progress and step into our own power to serve our life purpose in ways we could not have with just our waking moments.
During sleep we pass through five stages of sleep 1,2,3,4 and REM ( Rapid eye movement). The stages progresses from 1-REM and then start’s over. During REM sleep, the stage of sleep associated with dreaming, our breathing becomes more rapid, our heart rate increases, blood pressure increases, there is an increases in the rate of neurons being fired. During this state the portion of the brain we use for learning is stimulated. I believe all this is happening to push us forward to grow and understanding the things we cannot grasp during waking moments. To fully understand these moments and lesson we must remember and analyze these dreams.
There are so many different kinds of dreams to look at and learn from.
1) Visitation dreams: These are dreams where a deceased loved one comes to you to visit. These dreams feel more “real”, like you are actually with that person. There is very little plot to this dream, it is more of a conversation. I find these dreams to occur shortly after someone crosses over. I have received one of these dreams myself from my dad. something very special is happening with in these kinds of dreams.
2) Precognitive dreams: This is where we see things before they happen. In dreams we might see a development of a health problem before they manifest. We may see a loved one passing before that person dies. I believe these are gifts given to us. It may allow you to call that person or spend time with the person you have seen crossing over. If it is your own health issues, you see in a dream, it may allow you the “wake up call” to change some habits, or to see a health professional to change this outcome.
3) Guidance dreams: Before falling asleep we can ask a question or request to be shown how to deal with an issue. And then pay attention to the signs and symbols in your dreams that night. Stretch your awareness look at any patterns of significance. What are all of these trying to tell you? These are all pieces of a puzzle for the guidance.
4) Little dreams: These dreams are where we see our day to day activities , and are often forgotten upon waking.
5) Big dreams: Are those dreams that remain with us for day’s. They show us so many things.
5) Ask what part of me is in each character and element in the dream?
Now put all this together in a story, in your own story. And consider what this dream is trying to tell you, to teach you. And work with this information, to make changes, to make better choices to enhance your self and to move forward.
The spring equinox is the time in the earth’s annual cycle around the sun in which day and night are equal in length. The point of balance, on one side is the dark half of the year (winter) and on the other the light half (summer). Just as night and day are equal, this time represents our own need for balance. This is a great time to look at yourself and your life. Are things in balance? Look at how you conduct yourself in business matters, how much time you spend there. Is it equal to the time you spend at home with family and loved one’s? Also this is a great time to achieve balance between the masculine and feminine sides of your self. The feminine side brings in the intuitive side of our dreams and wishes. The masculine side does the planning and brings these dreams and wishes into fruition. As the pendulum swings from dark to light we are reminded of the constant need of balance in all things.
During spring the earth’s axis starts to tilt towards the sun, with each new day bringing more light. Worms begin to emerge from the earth, trees and shrubs start to bud, birds start to sing their familiar songs. This is a time of rebirth, renewal, regrowth. The promise of new life is everywhere.
The Spring Equinox is a sacred time. It is sacred to the direction of the east, to our youth, and to the dawn. The Saxon Goddess Eostre, who’s name gives us east and the holiday Easter is the Goddess of the dawn. Eostre is usually depicted with her hare companions, a symbol of fertility and eggs which symbolizes new life, sunlight and spring. All symbols of spring. Many religions felt this was the perfect time to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus, the return of the light to our earth. This is a time of balance and new beginnings, to endeavor new paths, both spiritually and physically. A time to sow new seeds and watch them grow.
Spirit Guides are souls of people who have crossed over. They are Spirits who once walked the earth plane. They know what it was like to live as a human in a physical body to have challenges, relationships, jobs, learn lesson and experience life. Once this soul has crossed over they chose not to incarnate again. But to be a Spirit Guide to help us along our path. We choose our Spirit Guides before our own birth. Together we pre planned this lifetime and decided what life lessons we should learn and how these would play out. Our Spirit Guides match to our energetic vibration, which means they share with us a bond in our life purpose. Some are with you for your lifetime from Birth-Death. Some come in and join you for a brief time while you go through different lessons. Spirit Guides honor your free will, and will not interfere without permission, or offer guidance and assistance if you have not asked for it.
Spirit Guides have many roles. They are companions and friends who travel with us through this lifetime. Offering choices, advice, and guidance along the way. They open doors for us when it’s the perfect time. If we miss an opportunity, that is in our best interest, they will place it back in our lives in another way. Sometimes they enforce simple what we already know, giving us reassurance that we are on the right path.
There are many different kinds of Spirit Guides. All specializing in different areas of you life. All work in harmony with your higher self, your God self to support you in this lifetime and keep you on track.
Your Spirit Guides will communicate with you in so many different ways. Through visualization, signs and symbols. Temperature and pressure changes. Words and phrases.
To connect with your Spirit Guides:
As a Medium, I spend a lot of time with Spirits. It warms my heart reconnecting families with their loved ones who have crossed over. The way I receive messages from Spirit come to me in many different way:
But on rare occasions, I am surprised to receive information in different ways. Today was one of those days!
Going back in time to December 2016, one of my dear friends Deb and her husband, Phil, had just bought their dream home. It is a big, beautiful home built in the nineteen hundreds, with lots of bedrooms for family (especially the grandchildren) to spend the night. Built on a large piece of land where their families gathered for celebrations and fun.
As a house warming gift, I offered to do a house clearing and bless their new home. Both Deb and Phil had mentioned they felt someone’s “energy “or a “presence” in their home. I knew a house clearing would be a great house warming gift.
The day I went over for the house clearing I brought my husband Scott to give Phil someone to hang out with while Deb and I did the clearing. When Scott and I pulled into their driveway, I saw and older women in one of the windows (you guessed it - Spirit). I could feel the energy already starting to build. When we entered the house, I was greeted by a voice telling me her name was Mary, and that she was a “Earth Keeper.” Earth Keepers are Spirits or Ghosts who choose to stay earthbound as part of their purpose to protect people and the lands. As Deb and I walked from room-to-room with our various tools for this clearing, we could feel a warm, soft, motherly presence. Deb and I talked about Mary and we decided to ask her to stay. Knowing that she was there to guide and protect anyone on this land, and in their home. After our house clearing was complete, all four of us toasted to their new home with a glass on wine.
Fast forward nine months later (September). I had a dream where the Spirit of Mary came to me and showed me an old cemetery behind my friend Deb’s house. In the dream Mary held my hand and walked me outside behind Deb’s house to a cemetery. She told me to walk forward seven headstones, take a left and walk twelve headstones. Upon waking from this dream, I called Deb to share this story. She told me in fact there was a cemetery behind her home. Later that same day four of our friends gathered to investigate this cemetery. We all held hands and walked to the area Mary had showed me. We walked forward seven headstones, turned left and walked twelve headstones. At the twelfth headstone there was her name!
So you see, even the medium can be surprised. We receive messages from Spirits in so many ways. Mary was confirming to me who she was.
We are just closing the door on 2016, phew! In numerology 2016 was a “9” year . (2+0+1+6=9) In numerology the world turns in cycles of 9. The energies of 9 is all about spring cleaning, and clearing out of old energy. The completion of cycles is about releasing any thoughts, judgements, and people that no longer enhance our lives. Any emotional baggage you have been carrying during the previous 8 years must be dealt with and abandoned in preparation for the beginning of a #1 year. Allow yourself sometime to grieve if needed, and celebrate the lessons you have learned from this past year. Then close that door.
Bring it on 2017! 2017 in numerology is a “1” year. ( 2+0+1+7=10 which reduces to a 1, as the 0 is dropped). The energies of 1 are about new beginnings, planting new seeds, and opportunities for a fresh start. Ask yourself “ Who do I want to be?” You are in control of the events in your life, you should make the most of this new beginning. Celebrate the light of a new day, a new year. This is a great time to set intentions, make lists, design a vision board. All are powerful ways to invite in what each of us most desire in our lives.
Re-dream your path, allow and bring in the new energies. Re-balance and open yourself up to all the possibilities!
